Classification

Full-time (40hrs/wk), work days: Mon-Fri (able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed).

Essential Job Functions

  • Implementation of field activities in Abuja FCT
  • Assisting with the work plans and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems
  • Assisting the M&E officer in ensuring that all activities are carried out and that all deadlines and targets are met
  • Assisting the M&E officer in ensuring that all base line information and MOVs are captured during the various field activities
  • Representing RWF at meetings related to the designated project and at meetings with LGA and government representatives in Abuja FCT
  • Assisting the M&E Officer and program manager in ensuring full usage of the budget allocated under this project
  • Working in close collaboration with the M&E officer to ensure full implementation of all related field activities

General Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge in areas of responsibility desired
  • Bachelors Degree OR HND in Humanities preferred
  • Relevant work experience with demonstrated skills in PC applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher), statistical analysis
  • Highly developed interpersonal as well as organizational skills required
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language and speak hausa fluently
  • Must fulfill Criminal background Check
  • Must have excellent verbal communication, written communication, and as well as negotiation/sale ability
