Rural Women Foundation (RWF) Nigeria, in collaboration with Stichting Rural Women Foundation in the Netherlands and the Wilde Ganzen, is excited to announce the implementation of three WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) projects in 2025. These projects will take place at two community primary health centres and one community primary school in Anambra State, Nigeria.
We are pleased to share that this year’s projects will be supported by funds raised through the “Nacht van de Fooi” student fundraising initiative in the Netherlands. This inspiring event will be held on 24 May 2025, with students from 10 universities across the Netherlands coming together to raise funds in support of our WASH initiatives.
All funds raised during “Nacht van de Fooi” will be matched by Wilde Ganzen, effectively doubling the impact of the students’ efforts. The combined support will be instrumental in bringing clean water and improved sanitation to the selected communities.
